No one knows the situation between you and your seller, so you should consider and write by yourself.
As for customs duty, your shipping agent would be the best person to consult.

However, this is not the right place to go into detail I agree with the suggestion to ask your shipper or you can ask your customs broker or agent. But in the mean time and excellent source to start educating your self is http://www.usitc.gov/tata/hts/bychapter/index.htm. You will also find information on tariff rates. I'm assuming this is an import to the US.

first, you have to create sales/purchase contract that covered benefits, risk, right and responsibility of of both parties and you have to, then you decide payment terms (cash in advance, open account, collection or LC), don forget to choose Incoterms with detail calculation.
for customs duties you can ask your customs broker and visit your customs country web.
