hello there, I would like the community to know that two out of three suppliers I have found in alibaba china (two of them claiming they are trustpass members) received money from me and one of them disapeared and the second (BOTEQI trade in shenzhen) does not answer after he has acknowleged he has received money. I have sent claims to alibaba china, I know they are taking care of that, but in the meantime the THIEVES are continuing to steal. TWO OUT OF THREE SUPPLIERS, don't you think it is too much? don't you think alibaba should mediate by phone, even before getting all paperwork? don't you think alibaba china should monitor the so called use of "trustpass member"? please join me to put pressure. ellio

My problem is the same. I was order a few cameras , and when I transfered to them my money, they doesn't reply for my messages. Now I don't have money and my goods.. what we can do now ?

All that memberships only show that holder have enough dollars to pay for it.


Also, alibaba sending standard replies about all cases, just company names are different.


I think, that just because of that they still scamming people.


may be alibaba waiting when there will be like 20 complaints untill they shot down gold member. Anyway, I dont know their internal rules.

At the minute I have the same problem but my is more painfull as I sent money to 2 suppliers and none of them sent anuthing.

One is Boteqi, person that ''sold me '' macbook dissapeared and the other one that was allegedly supervisor or manager simply doesnt answer.

Second 'gold supplier' Hefei Fushang did the same. I have been waiting a week for delivery that was meant to be made within 24 hrs and goods never arrived. When I asked for moneyback they simply started laughing at me.

Reported it to alibaba and case is being dealt with. We will see the result soon- I hope.

Please join me as well i will be reporting what is happening on regular basis

hello, i think i lost some money to these boteqi guys, i sent the money a couple of days ago and they dont answer my mails. What do you think i could do cause i lost $550 and i dont think thats fair cause alibaba is backing them up by giving them a trustpass and gold supliers and all.

i lost my money to this company too. I sent claims to alibaba china but nothing happen. i still lost my money.I am very upset
