This company sell only copies and I have sent them money but I got nothing from them.
This company use to be listes as a gold member. About 1 week after I have contacted with them and I have transfer them money Alibaba said this company has been deleted from gold member.

I have sent money to this company, they said they never get the money. I gave them bank receipt as well, they just ignore and said never get my money.
Actually there are still a lot of companies that I don't want to mention here. They are all scam, fake or sell only copies items.
Please do not trust any of these companies that sell international brand, especially electronics or mobile phones. They only have copies and sometimes you never get anything from them.
Someone may think I am so stupid that did not find any topic about these fraud before making any decision. However, it happens to me already. After I get cheated, I try to find information and found these topics that you guys are talking about scam companies. All of these companies are doing the same thing again and again everyday to someone that does not get these information. I have done successfully businesses with companies from alibaba website in the past year. What I am doing is about the same success I have done before, so Am I the one who should get blamed? I don't think so.
If this scam companies still doing like this in Alibaba.com, I think noone will brave enough to do any business with companies list in Alibaba anymore. What is the meaning of 'Gold members' or 'Trustpass members'? What is the cost to trial and errors until you found some good companies? I think if this fraud case still continue, the cost is just unpredictable. How do we know that scam case will stick to only international brand product? Do we need to pay fee for third party inspection companies to verify every companies that you want to do any business with? Do we need to fly to see their companies and contact person face to face? What is the meaning and concept of online B2B Marketplace? Alibaba.com will finally become yellow pages company lists, you will only get contact information.
Even in my country, Thailand. Polices catch and seized servers from an online marketplace companies that allow sellers to post the topic that sell illegal copyright product or trademark violation product such as iPhone copy. Why Alibaba.com which is much more bigger can't do anything with this problem? It is like you are the owner of the market and you do not care what sellers are selling in your market? If the sellers got caught, alibaba.com as an owner of the market will get caught too.

I am very surprise this buyer is so patient to be conned for so many times, over thousands of dollar as he claimed yet refuse to learn from experience.
It is also very strange to me, he do not want to learn to avoid to be scammed, keep his same principle to do businsess though he knew the right manner to deal with international business. Why ? I do not understand.
Does he understand between domestic B2B web sales and International B2B web sales both are very much difference in reality ? One is within controlled and enforced, the other is not harmonized, not matured and not easy to enforce. Take the case of former Thailand PM is now in Britain without issue while he is having much issue in his own country. Why ? Britain suppose is a much civilised country, right ? Instead for us to wonder so many WHYs. Start off something now you are capable to work on within your reach and capability, learn to avoid being scammed, set some points for yourself what are OKs and what are not OKs. Else I am pretty sure no matter where you go or involve in international matters, you are always on the losing side, unless you do not mind to keep losing.
You can not get the products you want from your local ? What make you so trouble to buy from overseas ? or you think it is cheaper to get from China for any reason ? These scammers are smart to aim at your Greed ?

Actually this is the first time I have been cheated from vendors in Alibaba.com. However, I have diversified the risk by order to many vendors at the same time. The problem is all vendors in this kind of item I am looking for are scammers.
What is the right manner to deal with international business as you say? I don't think there is a very right way to do and foolproof or we will not have this kind of forum to talk about. People make mistakes and that is why I wrote this topic to warn others not to follow my path. I think a lot of buyer will fall for this trap everyday If alibaba.com will not do anything. Part of responsibility is buyer caution, however, Alibaba.com as a host for this scammers companies has to take some action too. Either by prevent these scammers's activities or make a lead to arrest these fraud companies.

A lot of buyers are looking for products from all over the world. Is it my mistake that I am not stick with local distributors? How do you understand globalization as a way of satisfy greed? What are you business goal? Is it not about profit? Everybody looking for more profit but that does not mean that they are greed. I don't know whether you are in the high competition business or you are still in the monopoly business that does not need to compete with anyone.
You are right, I have learned an expensive lesson. However, the competition still on here. I am still have to fight to survive in my business. I still have to look for vendors both locally and internationally just to provide enough profit.

This is a free world, my comment do not necessary to need you to follow, as quoted from Alibaba over 30 millions registered members, the fraud cases against the non fraud is also unkown to you, right ?
