Ok, I understand that you are looking for affluent buyers who make more than 10,000 dollars a year. But that doesn't really tell you very much. What you need to know is their purchasing power with their own currency inside their own country.
Even inside the US the dollar doesn't have a uniform purchasing value everywhere. If for example you want to rent an apartment in a small town like Amarillo, TX where I was living, you can get something pretty decent for 500 a month. Now try that in San Francisco, New York, etc.! No chance!
To get a good idea regarding the likeliness of finding a suitable market for your product, you'll have to look at criteria like purchasing power, customer perception, etc.
