How should I do?  Why it is so hard to sell something?

I suspect most ppl think that Chinese companies are scam and fraud (which is not true!)... Maybe that's why these buyers ignore u and don't want to reply ur greeting / query...

Jenny, most new buyers do not understand what they can and cant buy in China, nor do they ask for realistic prices on products.  It seems that they are always looking for the cheapest price, which to means the cheapest quality.   I prefer to buy at a slightly higher price if the suppliers can meet delivery deadlines and offer great customer service.

You say your company produces USB flash drives.  But do you tell your potential customers what brand of NAND chips your company uses and the I/O controllers incorporated in your drives?  For non technical buyers this makes no difference but for educated buyers this means alot.

In the eyes of many Americans they are still very bitter about unscrupulous suppliers of these sorts of drives because so many were sold as 8GB drives and were actually only 2GB hacked drives or 16GB drives that were only hacked 4GB drives.

I have a new client that bought a bunch of these hacked drives from China for the holiday buying season of last year and lost his entire 100,000.00 dollar investment on fake 16GB drives.  So it would seem that any manufacturer this year that wants to succeed will need to be very forthcoming int their technical break down of the products they manufacturer.

Within the semiconductor community there is a list of companies who supplied these fake drives.

So if your using top brand name NAND chips and controllers tell your customers right away.

      We are also USB Seller. Not everyone in China sold Fake USB with upgrade chipset.

      As long as Custome accept normal price,then All seller will sell you Real USB.

      But some buyer ask for USD5.0 for 8GB as target price, SO some seller try to win the

order and earn money, Then they use upgrade chipset.  So the duty will be bear both

seller and buyer together.

      Again,we never sold Fake USB.   Microyany-Jenny is our supplier, We are trading

company,We buy from them and sold to other buyer.  When We order from them,We will

told them,We need no Fake USB,If we find Fake USB,we will return to you,we are in

China, easy to do that. So we will check all units from them. If all units can work well then

we will send to buyer.

      Again. Not every seller in China are scammer as what people image. Or the world will

be worse!!
