THERE'S REASONS WHEN CUSTOMS HOLD THE SHPMNT. BASICALLY WHEN INVOICE DOSN'T AGREE WITH THE SHIPMNT.YOU'LL HAVE EMS AGENT CONTACT CUSTOMS AND GET THE ANSWER WHY IT'S BEEN KEPT IN CUSTODY. AND FOLLOW WHAT THEY WANT.

If the cargo are just legal razor blades , not replica brand names , the custom should release the cargo finally .
Generally speaking , just follow up the custom's instructions and provide all the documents to show that you just purchase these items for everyday use only .
If the cargo are replicas , you will have to hire a local shipping agent to help you here .Most of the shipping agents have very good relationship with the custom and they know how to deal with this kind of situation .Of course , they will charge some comission here .You will have to make some caculations before you decide to do like this .

Basically. If you buy imported goods you have to pay the correct duties & taxes prior to releasing the goods to you. If you don't have any idea how much duties & taxes you will have to pay, you need to consult a licensed customs broker in your country as taxes & duties vary from country to country.
