Apple Corporation will provide you with a list of legitamate distributors around the world . Any product bought from these distributors will be covered by warranty otherwise they will not be.

If you are selling the product on from an unrecognised source then you will be responsible for warranty issues not Apple.

As many people here and on other forums have already stated, you would do well to

steer clear of "brand name" goods from Alibaba suppliers.
