MANAGER MRS DONNA WAS SEND ME INVOICE AND ADVICE ME TO SEND AMOUNT BY T.T. ONLY SO SUPPLY WILL BE WITHIN 3 DAYS, AND SHE TOLD IF YOU OPEN A L.C. SO SUPPLY TIME WILL BE 25 DAYS, SO I HAVE SEND THE AMOUNT BY T.T. THROUGH OUR BANK-ICICI BANK PONDICHERRY. AFTER THAT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGER- DONNA, AFTER 20 DAYS WHEN THERE IS NO EMAIL, SO AFTER THAT WHEN I CALLED SHE TOLD THE PRICE IS INCREASE SO I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER 5,000 USD. come to chine and call the local police or call the alibaba service  

NO AFTER SALES SERVICE PARTS

In a similar situation, I stucked. I have written contract to get 1 year full warrnaty on bikes spares and batteries. where as found, parts supplied to us is very bad quality. batteries started failing in 2 months. Milage commited 70KM/ Charge but we hardly get 20-25KM/ Charge.  we observed, every time they need new expriment, new reason to test,  and not getting a single part change.

I suggest, all importers from the world. Be carefull, they will minimum give you 20% bad parts. you must need to change in your country free of cost if you are purchasing from china. Although, I paid for highest best quality, my failure rate in controllers, batteries and DC converters, Chargers are more than 20%. Means if you think you can make profit, just forget you will end-up in huge losses. The best and bigger companies also denies the after sales service spares after clearly written agreements.

New Importers, be cautious on

1. QUALITY (80% chances, you will get cheated)

2. AFTER SALES SERVICE SPARES (20% failure expect and plan accordingly).

3. BATTERIES (No one will give even single piece change, make sure you are shooting in the dark)

Even if indian parts are 10-15% high priced, I recommend go for Indian parts only. chances will be very few to get bad quality and cheating. now a days all the parts started manufacturing in India. try your luck localy than burn your hard earned money on bad imports.  I want to return my 1500 bikes if any one want to buy. a brand new bikes I recalled from the market to save my name and brand.
