The sample customers ask
Post 1 of 11

There are many my customers ask me for the sample.and i am pleased to send them, but after they receievd our sample, they never want to place an order, and then they tell us the price is not perfect.I am so disappointed, cause before I send them sample, they are asure that they can accept our quotation.i donot know why.So I think maybe some people just want to get our sample.

But now,we have a rule,we should get the sample charge for our first business.but many customers cant accpet.I dont know what will do next.would you pls give me some advice.thanks

What is your product?

These days it is standard practice for customers to pay for the costs of shipping of samples and in many cases the cost of the samples themselves.

If you have a customer that cannot accept your terms then that is their problem not yours.

Hi Egernia

Thanks for your reply.we are the professional manufacuturer and exporter of the shoes, clothing and bags.

For us,we always produced the sample out first time,as this time,we produce 6 style ladies dress shoes within 5days.that is the new style, but we always try our best.and then now the cusotmer never  reply my mail for the sample.

Sometimes,i think we always try our best.we just hope customers can understand our sincerity. lol

Paying is the sign of seriousness. It seems that all the clients who wanted your items were not serious.a serious buyer is ready to pay for samples. good luck

Hello

I want to ask have you used DHL before?

Cause i received the DHL A/C from the client now,but i am afraid of being protested the postage.

I can send the client samples free of charge, but i take thought for the postage.

Want to hear your voice.

Yes,that is say some poeple just ask for sample, they donot real like to place an order.so sometimes,as first business,I think should got the sample  charge from customers, and then when he place an order, you can return 100% or other percent to them.cause I think pay for sample it mean the customer real want to do business,it is the real buyer.just my suggest

Hi there,

I believe that charge a fee for sample is not because i cam caring about the cost of the sample, it is showing bit of seriousness.  if a buyer is not serious, then the buyer won't pay nothing.  if a buyer is serious, then the buyer should know they can still negotiable the price bit.  I suggest that charge a fee but tell them, if there is bussiness working out in the future, you would give the credit towards to their order.  so it would make your customer feel bit better.  thanks!
