We are fast growing company but unaware of importing rules what are the basic requirements for importing, how to import safely because of fraud people are suffering.  what are the supporting forums available if any of mishandling goes.

Kindly give us few tips to understand how to import.

As an American importer, your biggest problem by far is finding product that is certified for legal sale in USA where UL/FCC certification of simple tech devices costs $50k to $100k per model. Due to this high cost, near all prescribed consumer products on Alibaba and other B2B sites are not certified and thus are useless for your purpose. For purpose of import into USA, whenever you search for product that plugs into mains power or products which have electrical accessories (like battery charhers) add "UL" to your search, For any product that emits a radio signal, add "FCC" or "FC". Such will give you lists of produts certified for legal sale in USA.

It depends upon what product you are looking at importing.

Shoes and bed sets in some countries are affected by anti-dumping quotas.

Electrical items have certifications required.

But most products are relatively free of these constraints and import is a real possibility.
