it's there any successful middle man here , or you think you used to be a good middle man at the beginning you star your own business,
I couldn't help but wonder that how many middle man on Alibaba or any other business website star their business . currently my work as buyer , I post buying list and received reply worldwide daily , and I find out how many person are make great efforts to star their own business.
I curious how can the middleman be successful to doing it during the big market togather with lots manufacturer and powerful agent ? it's seems everyone could do that if you have enough resource , just the way ,
1.finding a trade agent doing the money transfer for business propose , issue your own commercial docs and paper work between supplier and final customer ,keep your customer always in dark . but your trade agent may take a change to grab your business , businessman will do that . any way to avoid it happen ?
2.ask for commision like introduce charge directly from your supplier ,and let them doing the business together directly , it's more easy but more dangerous , maybe lost your customer most sooner ,
I think above it's general way that middle man are doing , am I right ? any successful guy is proud of your experience and share your comments here ?

hi there,
being as a middleman, you are actually taking the resposiblity for both side. You are the one who is gauranteed the products will be arrived on time or panalty will be applied. You are the one who is taking 30% of downpayment and pay the manufacture 65% to start making the products. If there is anything happened on either side, then you are going to lose your money. Therefore, many companies don't like to use their own agent even though middleman takes 1~2% commission! I personally used to do middleman, but now I have my own factory in China and having a import & export company in both US and China. we manufacture clothing, & having access to many other factory.
