Sounds to me they sent you NOTHING, and they have your money.
If you are talking about the purchase of a foreign brand name mobile phone then I agree that you have been scammed. No matter how many times you email them the result will be the same - your money is lost.
You cannot buy foreign brand name products from China and any supplier that suggests otherwise is highly likely a scammer. But there is an easy way to know for sure - just ask the supplier to give you their distributor licence details and then check those with the brand name company. In China you wont find a company that can do this but at least it may help to put your mind at rest.
