he refused to paid UPS. In fact ,the client who have not cooperated with

us before. But i am not willing to disspointed client , i am afraid of his lie , either.

so it became more tough for us exporters . on one side , I want to get the order so i should meet our buyer's needs ,but on the other side, we should take the risk into our consideration.

I think that most of the supplier have meets with this problems many times now or before.

when we are supplied with the free sample to customer. luckly some of them will be paying with the charge to the express company. some of us are unluckly to meets with such a customer.

Make sure that sample are good for customer .maybe they should sending to their customer. but they are not sincerely to doing business if they are refused to pay the freight to UPS. forgot them of this niggard customer. we can't doing business with them.

Before you are sending out sample to them, asking them to give u the guarantee papper work to show the courier . no wonder how the sample are urgently as they are told u.

just waiting for them to collecting with the sample .

    Hi thee!

Just remember the buyer who is realy interested to on your product will definately Pay for the Air Freight. or he is not interested, and that is what I feel being an importer.

    Dear Thee,

I  think you are in a dilemma.  It is common for most of  our suppliers.

In my opinion, if that client who you have never cooperated with refused to pay for the courier fee , you could ingnore him because we establish business relationship on the basis of sincerity and mutual benefit. I do appreciate the potential clients who ask  how much  the freight of the samples  is  firstly when they are interested in our products . I 'm pleased to reply and tell  that could be deducted if they place an order with us. That's our usual practice.

Of course ,we pay for the fee of the  samples for clients's confirmation before we put the order into practice largely.

Anyway ,check that client first. Look before you leap.

    Good luck!

Exporters has the least risk, therefore the hard work finding the right buyers and the right sellers is always there for them to sort out everyday.

Well I think that doin an export business is not an easy task but people who are keen to do export business has to take a nominal risk in export business .We have to ignore such courier & samlples losses.

This is just a suggestion from my side for growing an an Export Busness

    Thanks!

    Dear friend,

If your customer does not have money to pay the transport of the sample, much less will have to pay the order.

You have to be thankful your customer for showing the intentions early

Usually it is the so-called supplier who is the "cheater"! Hurts being cheated - doesn't it????

Use escrow.com, it provides protection for BOTH parties in the sales transaction...

Or, use Paypal, or google checkout!

Nobody but the cheater is safe with Western Union, Moneygram, or T/T in my experience...

I am so sorry for the dishonesty of some people. There is no excuse! Is it really worth the effort to enable his negative behavior as a buyer? I surely hope he is not from the USA. If he is I am humiliated by his actions!

I sent some free samples to a "BUYER" from the USA in 2yrs ago, he gave me his UPS numberwhich is fake. However, the UPS delivered my parcel to him without charging him, and after 3months later, the UPS came to me and told me that the "BUYER" refused to pay for the courier which I think was about US$90. I was a newbie by then, so I trusted in that customer. Actually there are alot of SAMPLE HUNTERS in the US, but in fact they are all over the world, so this is life, good and bad, nice and rude people everywhere.

Sounfortunatelymy companypaid courier and we have lost US$120.

kick him out from your list and spread the message to others, competitors, chamber of commerce, etc. this will make you feel good and also protect others. the buyer will regret his action.

this is risk that exporters have to take to establish business relation with new clients. if you don't trust them, how can you expect them to trust you with orders worth much more than the cost of sending samples.

they are samples cheaters and also dishonest exporters too.
