I have a bad experience with a computer supplier from Japan.
The company is Broadlink IXI. This company seemed not right from the fist time we did business with them. We found problems in every purchase. But since they agreed to credit our lost in the next purchase so we kept buying from them, but problems remained accur such as broken LCDs, missing parts, etc.
Our last purchase was in Januray 2008. We paid for 50 sets of notebooks but we got only 43 sets. We complained but the reply was very slow. After we pushed them several times, finally they agreed to TT back our money for the 7pcs. But promise was just a promise, we didn't get our money back so far and we also could not contact them.
So beside these 7pcs of notebooks, they also owed us some credits for some broken LCDs from the previous purchase.
Beware of this company since their company name is less worthy than some US$.
