Frankly to say, most of inquiry coming with no any details about what they demand, just like "I wanna order your product ,please let me know your price FOB/CIF xxx port." How to deal with it? We think it is not a good or real buyer, but we have to reply him because we are afraide of missing any chance, who knows he/she is a big buyer in future?
As no details from their inquiry, I often introduce products what we have for him/her reference, you know, price will be the key for open business.. But maybe they send inquiry to manymany supplier at the same time (system matching,you know), so reasonable and competive price with any other details like lead time, loading qty in 20'/40' etc. Then will save time and work for the unprofessional buyer, since they have no info in inquiry. maybe he just wanna know the price in your market .
Also, maybe he/she is not the final one, she/he need to find buyer and need to check demestic fee etc... so after offering, what we should do? just waiting.. and send comfirm receipt letter to him/her after 1 pr 1.5 weeks ago,
