Shenzhen has lots of watches factories ,  per my experiences , most of the brand name watches like Fossil and Follie Follie .etc. are actually coming from Shenzhen . If you are in watch business , you may try to source from this area . BTW , Tianwang watch is also very big watch company there . Good luck .
