I would assume that if your market is Russia and you need to be able to communicate in Russian to service that market then you would have two choices:

a. employ a Chinese salesperson who speaks Russian;

b. find a Russian trading company or distributor that you can sell large quantity to at a lower price and then let them handle the sales and distribution for you

Try to learn their language, or use a translator, but i think many people can use english even

they can not speak, do your best!

I think that the cheapest solution is to use free translation program but the most practical one is to find a distributer or an office there that can speak English or search for another chinese company there that can be your partner or speak on your behalf . good luck
