it is a shame for Alibaba, having in fun boards up to 4 Moderators, but in main boards you must wait a week for a answer !

One of the way to gain our MVPs is publish more articles. But to give out MVPs are only to the articles that the members of the public can gain from it (the article) not "crap" like some articles i over read here in AliBaba, they also gain MVPs easily just by posting nonsense. Where is that...hmmm thought I read somewhere? Posting craps -30/-50 MVPs. I hope i read that right. Craps should be deleted and deduct the points. Pls Pls MR.MODERATOR do something about it..

I have a complaint about deleting my postings.
I made a topic entitled ( How will the expected American war on Iran affect world trade and I said that it will have a great effect on world trade especially that Iran threatened to destroy the oil pipelines in the Gulf area that supplies Europe with oil.I think that is an important topic and in my opinion wars are like earthquakes or any natural disasters that can have a bad effect on trade and I remeber that I read a topic by Grigo about the effect of earthquake on trade, well ,My posting was deleted and this is that Foow said and his reply wasneither satifactory nor persuasive.
How can the expected xxxxxx.
Too political a discussion Darkfox...... Wars have been happening between countries since the dawn of time. Business people work around them.
Hope you understand my reasons for not allowing this discussion.
Foow

this is the link of Foow's reply http://resources.alibaba.com/topic/48962/How_can_the_expected_xxxxxx_.htm Note I made a topic before that is entitled Does China support the Palastinian economy and it was moved from Basics of import and export to Global trade policies and till now I dont know the reason for moving it

I stand by my reasoning Darkfox.
There IS no war between the US and Iran at this point, so you are not asking how to do business in a warzone.. you are psoting about something that may or may not happen.
You want posts for 'maybes' all over the forums? You are asking people to "choose sides" and that isn't what the forums are for my man.
You are welcome to contact me on TM anytime to discuss any posts etc.

You are shifting your pretexts everytime somebody proves you wrong! First it was supposedly a politcal discussion, but as it clearly wasn't, now you say that there is no war and that we can't discuss all maybe's.
Who claimed there was a war? Have another look at Darkfox's original post. He never said that. Furthermore, show me in Alibaba's guidelines where it says that discussions about maybe's are not allowed.
If you pay close attention, you'll realize that the forums are full of them. And why not? Shouldn't we talk about how to prevent certain possible/potential problems? Isn't "Due Diligence" solely about prevention of possible problems?
Why in the world do you have to play the abusive, prepotent cop? Is it the only way you can feel important? It sure looks like, and if it is the case, I feel sorry for you!

Some time ago Alibaba asked for input regarding how to improve the performance of moderators, or something similar. Today I would like to make a suggestion.
The background is that many of us have been complaining for some time about the misbehavior of certain moderators. We feel that they are out of bounds, insulting and ridiculizing us, capriciously curtailing our freedom of expression, and consequently negating the purpose of the forums. Many people don't want participate in the forums anymore because they are tired of being barked at by certain moderators or seeing their legitimate posts being altered, deleted or locked.
Therefore I propose that each moderator post should have a "button" at the bottom that, when hit, sends the message in question to some kind of supervisor at Alibaba. That would allow the supervisor (actually I would prefer a group of people who take turns for this job) to read the message and determine if the moderator (the identity should be hidden from the supervisor) expressed himself and acted in a correct manner. Furthermore, every message that is deleted, edited or otherwise affected by a moderator should also automatically be forwarded to and checked by the supervisors, to see if the decision was correct.
Everytime the supervisor disagrees with the moderator's acts, expressions or decisions, he gives him a negative point. The supervisor won't see how many points the moderator has accumulated, but the program keeps track and withdraws the privileges from everyone who got too many points.
And if the above is too much work for Alibaba, at least those against who a complaint was filed (via trade manager) should be supervised this way. You would be surprised how positive the consequences would be! Democracy in action!

Replying to [ResourcesAdmin]: Honestly, i think the community needs some serious repairing to do. The forums seem very restricted to certain category. Secondly, I belive, everyone should be to post a topic. Who knows some1 might have an interesting topic, which can give us an insight into things which we never knew. The topic posting is restricted to alibaba people. It should be open to all the public. Frankly, its Ass#$$%@ like us who give business to all these chinese sellers. And they pay alibaba, by duping us making a huge profit and parting with a small sum of money. Gimme one genuine chinese seller who will sell you original phones at lesser than market price. No one here sells original phones. And you cant import original phones legally, without paying the custom duties and VAT. Whats the use of importing in small quantity? Secondly, People who do big business on alibaba, are not stupid like us. They dont pay by TT. They issue a bank comfort letter or a L/C. Please people do not pay these guys by western union. Once you pay, they will not give you the money back or the product. And also there wont be any evidence to prove you paid them. These chinese sellers have not 1% honesty in them. So Be careful. And yes by the way, chinese sellers are not authorised to sell original nokia, So anyone here who says you can get an original nokia for xyz lesser than the market price, run as fast as you can. Yes other brands you can get for a good cheap price, but originality cannot be guaranteed. So trade safely, and dont do big trades unless you are sure of the sellers credibility and genuinness. Good luck.
