I posted a buying lead for Nentendo Wii Consoles, will only accept from gold & trusted suppliers.  Received over 20 responses.  Not one of them will except www.escrow.com all of them want payment thru western union, yeah right don't think sooooo.  Had more excuses like my country don't have escrow, alot of them from China.  Another says they don'y know what escrow is.  So I explained, still no, won't except.  Well for all of you buyers  & sellers out there www.escrow.com is a legit business and Escrow.com currently supports transactions from all over the world. However, there is a small list of countries that they do not support. These include Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Moldova, Nigeria, North Korea, Romania, Syria and Zimbabwe. 

So what is up with a lot of these suppliers, are they all scam artist, frauds.  Maybe that is why they are not on DHgate.  DHgate is not only a B2B website but they also act as an escrow agent.

So needless to say I am still looking for the real deal original Nintendo Wii Console Bundles at a real wholesale price.  I need low prices and somebody who will take escrow .com for that is my only way I will pay.  Anybody have any suggestion please share.

Nintendo is a well protected brand.

How can you expect a serious seller on Alibaba of a brandname. This is really useless.

You will find only small sellers of most probably illegal copies trying to get your money before they ( never ) ship out the illegal products.

You can only buy from authorised Nintendo sellers and not just from anybody.

WDPerry is right - Branded hardware*, be it consoles, LCD TVs, etc. can only be distributed through APPROVED DISTRIBUTORS.


You may see advertisements claiming 'factory direct stock' or 'straight from the wholesale source' - these are never going to be legitimate sources!


Consider the demand for the item you want - how exactly is anybody going to supply you with the item at a sub-RRP price point - excluding wholesaler->business (i.e. trade) transactions involving 1000+ units.


If the seller actually has the consoles but they are not licensed distributors, the only way they can offer them at reduced prices, is to advertised stolen stock - perhaps re-distributed via a corrupt good inspection manager or similar. These items will have no warranty, due to their serial numbers correlating to units that tracking systems will have logged as 'missing'.


Before anybody mentions clothing - yes, you may have bought branded clothes at huge discounts but they are fake. The only upside, is that the fakes are often made to as high OR higher quality than the originals!

most of Chinese people know nothing about escrow, so that is impossible to talk about payment through it.  Although I learn escrow from this forum, but I also know nothing about it, so, I am sure do not agree to accept it for payment term.

It is not a meaning that people would not accept this payment would be scammer.

OMG there over 16 large distributors of Wii products in the U.S. and your hoping to get a distributor in some other country to sell to you via escrow.

You should have realized the answer yourself.  Its because it would be impossible for a supplier in another country to send them to you unless it was the brand name themselves.  Plus the fact you would need a letter from the brand before any units would be allowed to pass thru customs.  Since the supplier would incurr all the costs of shipping before payment why would they risk any stock to be confiscated by Customs.  they'd be out the shipping plus the cost of the goods real or fake.  This is also why Nintendo uses World Wide distributors who have logistic centers in most of the larger nations and regional distribution centers in areas where there is little demand for their products.

To buy and sell a product you have to have at least the knowledge of how to legally purchase it and or import it.

Nintendo is one of the largest brands worldwide and they dont hust sell in bulk to anyone.

If nintendo is anything like apple you would need a lisence from them, a contract saying that you would sell x?./? amount. Try contacting nintendo on the contact form on there website and ask about there agents, resalers , distributors and wholesalers.
