The Chinese Comapny Owed me 7000$ but Refuse to Return
Post 1 of 109

Dear all, I need your help and I really don't know what to do and do not want to go to the court on this stage.

I came across an interesting situation:

I arranged a dilivery (I don't say that chinese manager always was confusing details, forgot the number of contract and wrote another number in invoice and certificate of origin, so due to his "professionalism" I've been waiting for delivery for 3 weeks) ).

Ok, no problem) Then on custom there was a removal of 6 bags, because of its unsuit conditions for reload. The matter is that I've already payed all the sum but becasue of this removal the chineese comapny owe me 7000$ which it refuse to return, telling the lamest excuses I ever heard.

The question is: Is there any authority in China where can I complain on its careless actions. Like Trade Organization or smth. like that. If you can help, write pls. its contacts.
Thank you in advance.

Please do the following.

1. Send the transaction details to tradealert@trade.alibaba.com

2. Send the transaction details to his bank

3. Send the transaction details to the Chinese Police and wait for the conclusion. Do copy the supplier your reports to these people.

I believe these group of people would not want such a supplier spoil the image of Great China and also cause fear among new buyers coming to China business for the first time.

First of all I wish you could get your money soon. Next I think this sum ($7000) teaches you to deal with reliable and professional companies (Especially in China and India) and also it could be a good experience to prevent bigger losser in the future that reaches thousands. Good Luck.

They feel happy because they get back those 6 bags, yet you paid more 6 bags in amount. Its real profit for them. They might be already know that those 6 bags will come back to them. You are bless by God if they return back your money, since you said they have no profesionalisme whatsoever. You must show TO THEM that you are taking it seriously- by law. Just sue them.

I think its difficult to get your money back, even if you complain to the organization perhaps it will caused you loose bigger money than $7000.

I suggest you to repeat order with same amount, so you dont have to pay your orders,

good luck

[em3] I have a few questions first???

How did you pay them, which payment method?

Which country are you in?

Please tell who this business is??? We need to know?

Is his name GROVER???

Microsoft and Yahoo has a domain Key, that actually becomes a nightmare to fraudulant sites that take your money; However, your buisness insurance should cover the loss, if you are running your company out of your home. Now, if your not,

The current economic crisis has stricken many of our clients like no other calamity in anyone’s memory.

The challenges facing CEOs, CFOs and chief counsels are tough, the issues are difficult to size up, and often there is little hard, publicly available information to go on.

This special edition of Kroll's Global Fraud Report addresses fact finding and asset recovery in the economic crisis; internal investigations, government cooperation and privilege; expanded due diligence; and the flotsam and jetsam that floats to the surface in a financial storm. If you have any questions just ask this site!

I like the Microsoft avenue, because they just shut their Web site down????

Its worth it, at any loss.

I think you could place another orders to the factory  and you payed nothing to they until the total value up to 7000$. Maybe they just want to keep the business relationship with you, but only with the wrong method.You know, compared the long business relationship.7000$ is so little.

Everyone understan this , So you just trust them.Place them the orders,maybe you will lose nothing.

we have the same problem:[em8]

the Chinese company that was the Gold Supplier , by the way, on Alibaba was paid and suppose to send us 3 phones value at 510 $USD ;

i am not cheap not much money but the principal is why i dont receive something that i paid for, correct?

so , we were trying to get money back submitting and claimed to Alibaba , but they said it was not their responsibility to solve these kinds of problems, and thaey said to contact Interpol that is the only 1 way to receive your money back ,;

can you imagine that it is no trust anywere nowadays; you are on your own;

Alibab just removed this so colled "Gold Member Supplier" and thats it what they do, it is rediculouse ;

plz dont waste your time with contacting Alibaba team, they are not helpfull ;

they just cared for the Chineese people ;

we already proved it;
by the way the supplier was Jinhua Kadi Garment Co., Ltd.

so, just realise you got bad experience with Chinese company once again;

if you want to buy something expensive next time just fly there and see it "v nature";

Good Luck

dont waste your time, Alibaba will not help you, it is proved already , they said us only Interpol can help ;

aha Interpol will take forever, so just admit you lost money and be it like a lesson for future ;

we have the same problem: Chinese company owns us 510 USD , not much but still principally why i have to be fooled like that? though it was even "Gold Supplier ";[em6]

i dont trust any of the Chinese companies any more, dont do business with them;[em5]
