. In this case, i would hire a hit man.. Just kidding, but i would seriously consider hiring a Private Investigator or take the matter into my own hand by reporting to Singaporean Police (they're very harsh at these stuff, they will take his testicles and make meat ball sub).

You worked hard for this 100K, you need to fight it to get it back.
Go see the nearest embassy and report this crime, ascertain all the resources you can get from the consulate. Also, get the police chief's or local inspector's contact info, this will be a tremendous help.
They're fluent in English down there, so you shouldn't have any communication obstacle ahead.
