During the MBA program, one of the professors insists on one page project papers (two pages at most). Easy to write ten pages, tough to be totally convincing in one. Jack Welch suggests after writing the memo, reread it, cut out every third word. Meeting in Beijing, the streetwise successful kid on the block suggest we strip down our site’s many tab menu to a few key tabs. Are you good enough to be simple?

you are right , to make it simple is more difficult than reverse
