Organic Italian Food

The trend in the USA for foods is organic. These are known as Whole Foods. since I am working with a factory in Sardinia, I believe I have a product that can be pruchased and distributed by a major chain. How would I find these chains and make a deal with them? Anyone know any listed here on Alibaba?
