Recently, I have contacted with some suppliers regarding the usb flash drive, I received some reply from them, then I wrote them back, but there is always a message come up and telling me that the email address may not be formatted correctly when I tried to send the email off. Should I doubt about the suppliers? And more over, are the suppliers always supplying the famous brand, there is one supplier offer the famous in the pricelist, all the products with sony and IBM logo, are they all genuine goods?It is hard to believe that.

Are there any easy way to check out whether the suppliers right ones not scammers?

And one more question, regarding my business are only small, so I will use international post delivery, any suggestion on cheap delivery company with a good standard service?

don't trust those them. i have been ripped off by those companies

They give a web url that was obtained by copy and paste so that the site checks out.  But they are not its representative.

I suggest a practice that is made common on paypal.  Send a small amount (even a penny) to be picked up.  Follow with a letter in a envelope to the address they gave.  They must receive the letter with only the MTCN number.  They must retreive the electronic amount and then email you with both correct information.  This makes their identity and address more firm and certain when in need of tracking them down.  Still more ideas need to hit this and other forums to stop international trade theft.

Please always ask samples before you buy sonething overseas. If you like the samples,  Just buy in small amounts for your first purchase to get to know that company, Then You can increase your orders on each time If you think that seller is good for you. If you think you need big orders, You have to visit the company and tell them about your future orders too. Face to face conversations are a must to do in Import business.

But the most important issue is You have to hire someone that can make the inspection. That person has to be a local OR you can contact with SGS. SGS offices are almost all around the world. They may apply high costs sometimes but at least you will be sure on that. OR, IF you think you will buy in Container basis, you can visit the company before loading the goods, you can make your own inspection too. Your visit will be there extremely helpful for your future business relationships with that seller. You will get discounts, free samples, Easy Payment Terms and Easy conditons with them in future. You can also get distributor of that company for your country. These are very important issues in business life. 

Whatever you buy something from overseas, You always have to make phone calls top them. Speak with them on the phone, Introduce yourself, try to be close to them, Tell about your company, sales, conditions, the market in your country, etc.... Buying something with emails is not a good effective way of making business. You have to be Active and Live. You will be the one Who will create the circumstances in your business life.   

Please remember that doing Import is always risky. You also have to study your own country custom regulations,rules, taxes, fees, etc... If you are new on doing Import, You have to study from the beginning and Try to work with a good custom broker and shipping company. You will also get many helps from them too. At least you will find the answers from them easily. And last thing is about your payments to sellers overseas, Go to your bank and Ask some helps about How to... questions. They will help you out very nicely and they will tell you the most quarantee ways of making payments. They will help you and teach you How to open L/C, How to make Sales Contracts, etc....

Small business is always hard to start  at the beginning, just find the right way and keep learning, you will get success sooner or later. Good luck for your first.

since your order USB pen drive products from china with small quantity,better use registered mail and buy insurance for your goods. You can also contact your supplier for discount price of DHL,UPS,TNT, some time you will get supprise price in this way. Most formal factory have discount agreement with UPS,DHL or TNT company,just ask from your supplier for the discount price list and compare more.
