Recently, I have contacted with some suppliers regarding the usb flash drive, I received some reply from them, then I wrote them back, but there is always a message come up and telling me that the email address may not be formatted correctly when I tried to send the email off. Should I doubt about the suppliers? And more over, are the suppliers always supplying the famous brand, there is one supplier offer the famous in the pricelist, all the products with sony and IBM logo, are they all genuine goods?It is hard to believe that.
Are there any easy way to check out whether the suppliers right ones not scammers?
And one more question, regarding my business are only small, so I will use international post delivery, any suggestion on cheap delivery company with a good standard service?

You cannot buy foreign brand name products in China. There is no such legitimate supply for you here so any seller that suggests otherwise is being dishonest. Check with Sony or IBM if your seller is on their lists of licenced re-sellers - they won't be.
Flash drives from bad suppliers are often shipped with less memory than what you pay for. That is why they are so cheap.
So you need to do a pre-shipment inspection BEFORE you release payment to ensure that what is being sent is the same as what you paid for.

for delievery use best is EMS and for brand products.
If you find a price list and among them are brand products like IBM or Sony from China, you can simply forget it. No chinese company can sell to you these brand products as export goods, it is impossible even if they tell you it is a stock lot, you will have problem. The brands are worldwide protected and if you have no license to distribute these products , you can simply forget it.
If you have no license you also cannot import them, that is simple.

Thank you very much. But how can you do a pre-shipment inspection?
You need to pay someone to do a pre-shipment inspection on your behalf. It is something that you arrange, not the factory, so that you can be sure that the information is impartial.
You have two choices:
a. professional inspection companies like SGS;
B. individuals who can help you out
The latter are obviously much cheaper but if your product is specialized or you have a large order then perhaps the former is a better choice. You can find lists of people who can help out on the Due Dilligence forum.

As a matter of fact, when some customers inquire and suggest me send the quotation to the E-mail add they offer, I come across the implitcation that the add is wrong for a couple of times.I am so puzzeld. Are they trusted???
It is strange that I coulde send out the E-mails and they have answered them twice. However , when I try to contact them again ,the implication comes again. What’s worse, I have not receiveved their reply more than 1 month until now. What’s wrong on earth??
