My friend told me a story which made her very angry!
Actually she is a very beautiful girl, there are always some boys want to know her, but she has already have a boyfriend and they have been together for almost 5 years.
That boy in my opinion is not a gentleman, he has a bad temper,so I don't like him at all. Sometimes I hope her change a better one,but I didn't tell her, because she like him very much.
The thing which trouble my friend is the mother of her boyfriend don't like her, the reason is very ridiculous. His mother said "this girl like dressing up too much and seams very effeminate, this kind of girl can't be a good wife, and she will bring you too much trouble."
Do you think there are relationship between beauty and trouble?
I think it is totally nonsense!
I don't think there is a clear relationship betweent those two.
It all comes down to personality. Could be that pretty girls tend to
think that they can get anyone they want and this might spoil there personality a bit.
But there are exceptions.

all depends on your personality.
This is quite normal in Chinese. The same in England?? Surprise!
I also hold the same opinion as the mother.
A girl may be not so beautiful, but she need to be lovely.
For a daughter-in-law, no mother wants very pretty ones---- especially those be fond of dressing up and with many wooers.
Put yourself in the mother's shoes, and you can understand her more.

In my opinion, good-looking doesn't mean bad personality. And the one with good personality is not likely to be with mediocre appearance.
Why not the mother judge between beauty and good wife fair?
