I'd like to import expensive bike frames (complete and / or not finished). Contacts in Malasia all want to use Western Union. How can I secure what I am getting and not being riped off??

Can I use a lawyer in Malasia to hold the check and release it when I receive the goods - as long as they are what I expect?
