I have been sourcing and purchasing from China for almost a decade, and have found the centers of many products in China, however until now  I can not find the "Center"  for Luggage Locks. When I say the "Center for.." or the "Spot" I mean the area where I can vist hundreds, or thousands of factories of Luggage Locks in a radius of 25-100km. Similar to the way Dalang is a Center for Sweaters, or JingJiang is a Center for Garments.There is a small center for Luggage Locks in the Zhejiang Province, but I find it hard to believe that this is the "Spot".  Can anyone help? Can anyone tell me "Where is the Center for Luggage Locks in China?"
