2. The clear and brief of Conditional requirements proof and evidence as enclosure of the
report, ( proof and evidence materials that must be provided )
3. The clear and informative of to whom that the report would be addressed:
Not Only just Alibaba Team ?
- Which department is ?
- What is the flow chart of step by step process ? till get to solve or unsolve ?
- Who are the person to contact ( name, e-mail, phone, mobile etc )
- How long that each stage of process will be taken and what or how the team will
response, reply and advise the outcome to follow Up ?
4. The Such Team of SCC ( Scam Crisis Center ) must be on-line , 24 hours Live help,
Hot-line access, Advocacy, customer services, Public relations, Info-center etc likely,
The team structure could be : CS , Secretary, Law, PR, Expert, Translator, Debt -
Collector, PI, IT, etc depend on ABB's Policy and budget.
5. The SC-Center has to provide = well-cooperation and Link Access to the Authority or
even Cyber Crimes Cop and Interpol and HQ Police dept. Also each Embassy of
Countries.
Supported by the Experts of Anti-Cyber Crimes.
Hopefully these suggestion could be realized in immediately effect.

crisis... You are suggest to be more " serious" and NO KIDDING in Public forum with
such big deep CONCERN and be " Senses of Crisis" > You are a MOD's.
yes, a more easier way to report a scam would be very helpfull... but if alibaba made an icon that was too easy to find//use then they would get manymore messages than they do now.
also, making it harder to kick off scammers would lose them some money... they want a lot of money for a 'trustpass' but they dont ask for verified information from the member for that, just the money...
alibaba is not fulfilling their 'duty of care' as far as I can see.. simply saying 'buyer beware' is not good enough.. and waiting until a scam is reported is already too late...
Alibaba needs to raise the requirements for a seller to list their iems...
I suggest: no more free email to open an account, they should require top-level domain email addresses only. no more hotmail, gmail, live etc..
and:
alibaba must hand over to the relevant police forces information relating to account holders when a fraud takes place.
the failure of alibaba in checking the account holders address and other details makes alibaba a partner in the crime.
ali baba and the forty thieves is now alibaba.com and the forty thousand thieves!
