The "trade platforms" are a gold mine for scammers and these scammers are a gold mine for the "trade platforms" so I don't see my suggestion happening any time soon.
Be careful out there! It's a cruel world (especially with the Chinese).

Yes, i fully agree with you. If we could check the comments we would probably come across scammers rarely.
My neighbour has been scammed by a Chinese company. I don't want to give their nam yet, as I still hope that he will receive either goods or money back. If not I would ask some people from the forum to help him. He doesn't speak english and they did with him what they wanted. I'm afraid he's lost 12,000USD. He's not an enterpreneur he's just a photographer, he borrowed lots of money from family and friends.
We are still waiting for some information from the company. If not we will describe the whole story on different forums, just to let people know about the scamers.

We agreed to the increase and then they said they can only supply a 20 ft, so again we agreed. The 20t has been sent (Paid in full) and now they won't release the documents unless we agree to take the second part of the order and pay 50% in advance and are withholding the B/L until we do so.
Has anyone had such a experience, or does anyone have any advise or help for us ?
I see alot of people here getting scammed for a few $$ this is a big amount to get screwed by so you can imagine how I feel right now !
hi, that is a huge sum of money. have you contacted any representative here in china to collect the money? I believe if you can come here or have somebody collect the money you can collect at least some of the money if ever the comapny is legitimate, Im too is a victim of chinese scammer to think im holding office here in china for the last 3 years now.

<Hello i am from Australia and a gold member got in contact with me because i buy fishing tackle he was selling fishing reels original one 's .
But sent e-mail after e-mail working out all the information and he sent me a invoice for the reels so i payed for the reels that he said that he had them ready to go but when i sent the money he said they are the wrong reels so he sent them back to his supplier.
I said to him from the word go that TNT Express courier service was to pick them up from him but he turn around and told his supplier to send them to me but they got stuck in customs and he said they was out of customs and now he is saying he has lost them.
So i ask for my money back because i have no product at all i was to pick them up from him but no he did it his way and sent them and they got lost.
He is lieing about every thing and he said that he will send all the money back but now he is saying that his manager said no.
Because they have lost the reels so i should lose my money that what the manager saying.
How do i go about getting my money back from them because ALIBABA.COM don' t help people .

i was scammed out of 13,300 dollars it was not my money but my costumers money she even talked to cindy i ordered 55 iphones and got 1 bad copy nokia i have the bank statment and western union statements were i sent her the money i even have the tracking numbers she gave me that did not go to my costumer and i have the nokia and the shipping label with the weight and such on it the website was szshop666 and the company was HongKong Kechuang trading company i have th eaddress and everything i am about to go to jail for this money i do no thave please help
hi i have ordered 5 ps3's and a lcd tv from a company in china called ioffeb which a friend of mine has used for this past year and always recived his goods. But in my case i ordered these items on the 26th November 2008 and still havent seen any sight of them. firstly i was told to pay 300eur for duty in chinese customs then another 300eur for uk customs and then i was told that the goods were sent back to the company. Then they finally re-posted the items and gave me two tracking numbers with EMS and still i cannot track them. I also cannot get in contact with the seller as they are ignoring my emails. I have spent around 1700eur for these items and i have got a very bad taste in my mouth as i know ive been totally ripped off. The 2 numbers i have are EA979638128CN and EA979638131CN. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated if you could contact me. Thankyou. barrashields@hotmail.co.uk
