Our company was scammed for $126,000. They played the same game. Don't not pay and ask the money back. They won't ship to you the goods. We reported in local policy station. They have transfered the money to overseas. and it is totally our fault

to trust them, and we had pressure from our customer. Be ware of it, you have a risk to get even the 50% deposit back.

China Inflatable Company in Wuhan  Witholding B/L Help scam, scammers

We are dealing with an inflatable company, at this stage I don't want to expose them in the fear of reprisals.






We ordered one 40 ft container of inflatable boats from a company in china.






The price was agreed, quantity etc... and then they decided once they received the 50% deposit ($35,000) that they would up the price or they would not supply us. We ask for a refund and they said they would have to sell stock before they paid.






We agreed to the increase and then they said they can only supply a 20 ft, so again we agreed. The 20t has been sent (Paid in full) and now they won't release the documents unless we agree to take the second part of the order and pay 50% in advance and are withholding the B/L until we do so.






Has anyone had such a experience, or does anyone have any advise or help for us ?



I see alot of people here getting scammed for a few $$ this is a big amount to get screwed by so you can imagine how I feel right now !

The website they had seems not proffesional web, cause in main head words of their company shown as being wrong written : "IMORT & EXPOORT"  should be IMPORT & EXPORT, also they did not have address at contact link.

As more information they sent us inquiry of furniture in 3 items which per-item purchased 1000 sets , so total they want to order from us = 3000 sets.

We did sent our quotation but , seems they need us to come-down for meet face to face and sign of contract.

Before we have bad experienced also 2 years ago with company at Guilin  name of company is SHENGJING GUILIN INVESTMENT , Ltd.

They have been cheated us more USD 22,000.00 , so we now get same case like before we got bad company from China. Is in china now so many scammer ???

Could you investigate if this company as legit or one as scammer ??

Please, give an answer for this situation...Seller from Putian ( who scammed me) sent a letter to me and offered me this.. I should return all boxes with fake garbage to him and he refund my money ( whole sum)...I think it will be fraud again and I would like to ask a specialist about it, can I send these boxes to him or not..I don't believe him!!

I am very sure that within a very short space of ime, this forum reporting scams will fill up this page.

I have just fell a victim to yet another Chinese group found on alibaba.com. It is now clear to note that this site has become a free place to scammers in China.


We found these set of people who claim that they were sales rep for a coy on www.sport-room.com. The name these people have been using online with thier yahoo messenger as an ID has been "YAN", SHAN FANCY, AND FANCY.

I believe this is the same person using various ID on yahoo and hotmail to rip people off their money.

We agreed on terms & ordered some 32GB Leather USB Pen Drives from this person -YAN who claim to be working for a company.
We then sent them $410 for 20pcs as our 1st order via Western Union as they would not accept anything else, not even Paypal.
They later sent just 8gb pen drive in plastic designer which was not what we ordered.
At the end, they gave us fake EMS tracking number saying that they have posted the correct order to us which was a pure lie. We tried for over 7 days trying to track the order on ems, but it was all lies.
Any one to help? Allibaba is now aware but nothing forth coming yet.

I was ripped off several times to several degrees by Guangzhou Radium Cosmetic Co.,LTD. They shipped equipment that was defective, said they would ship replacement parts and a video of how to replace the parts. I have dozens and dozens of emails from "Lindy" saying that she understands that the parts were defective and that she would replace them, yet they never arrived. I was even charged "shipping fees" for the postage but the package arrived without the replacement parts.

I now have esthetician machines from a year ago that I can not use because part of each machine is defective, and they STILL have not replaced the defective parts.

I finally gave up. I guess my lesson from all of this is to NEVER buy anything from Guangzhou Radium Cosmetic Co.,LTD again!
