I'm very happy today as we just received a Thank-you Letter from our customer in Australia this morning. They were ripped off more than 25000 USD last June by a Chinese supplier in Wuhan city. The supplier neither delivered the goods nor refunded their deposit. With our professional service in China, they got back their money successfully at the end of this July ( nearly one year passed after their payment in China ). We won the game !
Anyone who had the same cases in China can contact our customer for details. The case in details can be available for your reference if you want to get back your money in China!
Do not forget to sign a formal Purchase or Sales Contract with any of your suppliers in China before payment. A pre-shipment QC inspection is very necessary if your order is large enough. Take care, everybody! Please feel free to ask me any question related.
What can you do if you get scammed in China?
Here are my answers to this question:
1. If your supplier is a registered factory or company in China, you can go and meet local officials in person, seeking help from local government authorities in China. Normally you can contact following organs in China:
AIC (Administration for Industry &Commerce), Tax Bureau, Fair Trade Department with Ministry of Commerce and local Police Station etc.
2. If your supplier is not a registered factory or company in China, you can contact local Police Station if you know their Chinese name and ID in China.
No matter what kind of your suppliers is in China, you're required to report your case in details in Chinese to local officials if you need their help. Most of local officials know nothing about English and it's hard to crack down any case with their created English names online. For example, in China, there are nearly 300000 people sharing the same Chinese name 'Zhang Wei'. Normally local officials will help you out if you or your authorized Rep reports the case to them in person in China, and the scammer can be heavily fined or forced to refund you as soon as possible. But sometimes the scammer is too crafty to be caught in China and also some local officials are badly corrupted in China and they are not willing to help you out sometimes. So Case-Report with enough proof is not 100% sure to get your money back esp when you do not sign any contract with your suppliers before.
If local officials do not help you out, you're suggested to make a small biz investigation to collect enough proof on their daily business activity in China, then consult local law firms and get ready to sue the bad supplier for their bad credit in China. By this way, you can get back your money in China; at least your supplier will suffer more from your case in China if you take above measures.

I am that person from Australia, and I cannot thank Justin and his team enough for getting my $25,000 back. We can certify that Justin Yuan and his team has got back our money from a supplier in Wuhan, China. They are really great !!! Anyone is free to contact me for their reference in Australia!!!
My husband and I really thought we had seen the last of the money, and although I tried on average once a week to get the company to return our money, i was never able to get any response from them. They mostly just ignored my emails and when i tried to telephone they would just hang up.
One day I came accross Justins postings on Alibaba and seen where he was giving advise to people about doing business in China. I then seen where he had gone into business for himself, i wondered if there was any way he could get our money back for us and I contacted him.
My husband was very sceptical about spending any more money on this but I convinced him it was worth trying, and Justins small fee ended up being the best thing we could of done. HE SUCCEEDED and got our money back , we could hardly believe it.
Justin kept me informed on a daily basis what steps he was taking to get our money back, and I must say he acted with the utmost proffesionalism, I was impressed and I would not hesitate in reccomending his services to any one doing business in China.
I would just like to say to Justin and his staff a VERY BIG THANK YOU...just as well i am in Australia and you are in China or it would have been a VERY BIG HUG.![]()
