AlZhang from Guangzhou Xianghe Inflatable Products Factory or xh20.com is a disgrace to the China community of business people.

I paid them for a 2m TPU water walking ball as a sample, it came to me with a slice in to which he had said to cut some plastic from the ball handles and repair myself, he did not explain why they could not claim from delivery company?

EVEN WORSE :Now i find the ball is made from PVC not TPU, so i complain and ask for a refund. Now they are ignoring me and bloked me from alibaba messenger and i have complaind through alibaba but they cannot do anything so whats the point in being a memeber, so now i am down a lot of money and have a sliced pvc water ball.

PLease use caution with this company and a mister AL Zhang ( they recon he was fired so why am i still blocked?)

If any one would like to knock at the factory for me and assist i would be gratefull. Take care and good luck to all in the Olympics.

Do I understan this post right? you buy one (1) sample from them and it was not right?

If that is the case fell your self lucky mate, buying sample is a pain in the a$$ been ther don that many times over and over again and that is why you allways buy samples first,

I fell sorry for your lost and i hope that otheres in the futur will find your warning (post full conmtact details so if otheres in the futur google them) but in geneal he diden't rip you off he was just not able to suplly you with what you expect,,, that is the cost of a sample

Actually he did rip me off, he has stolen the money i gave him for a tpu product but he sent me a pvc product he could of supplied me with a tpu one but for some dumb founded reason he sent a pvc ball when he clearlly new what i wanted as we had discussed about the various materials available.

 If he was not intent on ripping me of then he would of also ressolved the problem. Any way i will myself be in China by the end of the year so i will be rapping a certain pvc ball around a certain pvc ball suppliers head. Carma dont ya just love it.!!
