I suggest that you think through exactly what you are trying to achieve. Do you have access to products that you wish to introduce to various markets? If so ensure that you have a professional agreement with the owner, designer, manufactuerer etc to act on their behalf.
Are you intending to produce a product based on your own idea? If so do you have access to a friendly and professional manufacturer who can help you through the design and sampling stage? Once you have these ideas down on paper... read them and ask yourself if they would appeal to you if someone approached you with the ideas. If you then see areas to strengthen put these down on paper and keep refining until you have a solid format to work with and approach various organisations that may have advice on wotking in the international markets.
We too have a company her ein the UK and are currently putting our design of a unique security travelling product slowly into the sampling stage. However we have had experience of doing this y working with good factories in the far east when we imported soft toys into the uk so we have some experience of the areas that need to be addressed.
Take your time, research and ask many questions.. if you have real determination then your ideas will come to fruition.

For europle people,as I think they are very lazy...so you should do everthing to make them feel confortable ...espicially for sales person,you should think of your customer and save their cost ..also make them happy from the quality and service..
Except this ,the finicial department is alo very importent ,you should also pay attention to the cash currency ,and don't get stock!
