There is no need to apoligize dashinfall3 and you did the right thing coming here and ask for help, you should just have don it before you send any money,
The company is real, phones and fax are all being answerd, can't say any thing about there product, but if they promise that you can pay the rest 70% AFTER you recive the goods and you are a new unknown client then it is very absurd and unheard of in China,
Normaly they will ask you to send the rest of the money when the goods are ready to be ship out and a local inspection can profe that your goods are there, up the standart and ready, then you sent the rest of the money,
There is also no reason to be worried if they diden't contact you for 2 days, they still contacted you and ask for details for the logo, back up and after sales service is not Chinas stronest side

First please simply check out their Business License and Export License before payment to make sure they are a registered company in China.
Second, you're suggested to hire a local professional like us to audit them in person if your order is large enough in the future. A Pre-shipment Inspection is also very important for large orders in China. Take care, please contact me for any question related.
