Western Union payments means that you pay in advance for the product.
So you pay now and after the money is in the hands of the seller you trust that he sends the product you ordered.
Question to you: how can you be sure ? Once he has the money he will be gone, why would he bother to ship you the goods
With Western Union you are NEVER sure that you get the product.
Western Union is only to send money to friends or relatives who life abroad and you want to help these. For business it is too much risk.

How strange they only accept WU, T/T is also another way available even the amount is small.

the way to assure it are :
1, Strict verification of the company, license, owner, full address & zip, etc
2. Get the ID of the owner of the company or person in charge that been authorized.
especially the one who are going to receive payment.
If it is personal account and not under company's account, it is
need extra verification and counter guaranty against the payment.
3. In case of it is not company account, ask it the letter of full responsibility from
the owner/director. and get the id - card of residential-id card. clear photo and
bank reference of the account bearer. (active and known ).
4. Ask them to give you one or few of references to whoever they had dealt/delivered the goods
before and call them up and check it to get the recommendation.
If they could give you all those about, it is considerable.
