To avoid this situation I always ask new customers to confirm whether they have received my mail.Otherwise there is no guarantee that your mail will not land in his junk box.

This is really a good topic, which we meet almost everyday. We got three same mails after three times replying, So we are thinking that the customer don't get our reply. If there have the telephone, pls don't hesitate to make a call, to make sure what the problem is. Or if there have MSN contact details, Pls try to add them and chat on line. If still not, Please don't make any attachment in your mail, and change the topic, and try to use another mail address to send the mail. If still have problem with all these action, You can only search his mail or company name in google, and try to find more details about his company, Then you can contact with your customers.

Normally if you don't get your customer reply in three days, you can resend it or try to call them to make sure they haven't spam you.

Good luck to everybody.   BETTY
