Ok so I set out to further increase my business by selling some gaming products and accessories, using alibaba to source some companies for supplying me with such products...

I have been contacted over 30 times by "verified" TrustPass and Gold Suppliers in reply to my advertisements; most of which offering outragesly low prices ($70 for a PS3 with 50 games LOL) and other obscure promises. These are obviously impossible prices and all of the "companies" wanting only western union as payment method.

Something funny is I get these folks claiming to be from the U.S or wherever (trustpass verified to be there too) now their emails are gramatically hilarious, looks like they are using babelfish or something to translate. When speaking to them directly in online chat I asked some basic questions about the country and their company, they either go offline or can't answer half the time. One guy actually responded that the president of the U.S was Jorge Buch [em16]

Now my point in all this is that every single "business" that contacted me appears to be a fraudulant company trying to scam, this is quite sad on alibabas part as they are issueing them with these "verified" and "recommended" badges of approval or whatever you want to call the TrustPass and Gold Supplier status. So as I am sure this has probably been said but I will say it again, do not trust a company based just apon their upgraded membership status within alibaba and to alibaba you guys need to pick up your act in weeding out such users.

Just some of my thoughts and experience, peace out [em3]

You are absolutely right. From China you can`t get those stuff at a lower price, from other country I don`t know,

But ,you Know all the international brand companies have their own distribution system,Normally you just can not get a lower price by buying from other country.

The market which has the most expensive rice of all those international brand`s products are China. Not only laptops, phone etc,but also cars,LV bags, wine.
