I can receive several inquiries every day, but the problem is that most times, there is no feedback from buyer after my reply. It makes me frustrated. I entered LED lighting business for one month, untill now, there is just one customer buy my samples.

It is highly appreciated if you can give me some suggestions on how to write a high efficient reply letter.

Before to answer your Q about  efficient reply , let us discuss first, about :


1. bargaining Power

2. Positioning : is LED & You  is as Buyer -market or Seller Market ?

3. product's gain ? or advantages


these 3 main aspects were the essential thing  before you can reply efficiently or not !


let we discuss :


1. Advantageous !  what is the more qualified of your LED ..compare other brand name ?

    well known ?  Timely  provable  ?  Durability , long last "age of function" , low /save power,

    and  any comparison with among other competitor's brands/products ?

    How far you know about these !  do you or your company had done market-investigation?


2. Bargaining Position  

    By well understanding about your advantages against the competitors (prices, quality,

    design, supply ability,  distribution network,  market share and penetrating, advertising,

    promotion  etc). 

    And the other side, had you knew about your buyer's prospect and their resources before

    dealing with You ?  and what is the main reason that they contact you ? in what intensity?

    If you are assure that you are better in those, and can Win the competition by then

    you can realize what are your Power  to bargain/negotiate with buyer.

 3.  Positioning .. =  Buyer market  or  Seller Market     .

      in the Market  segment, share and competition.

      Your LED it self (products) got its own:  segment, users, characteristic/design,

      engineering/technical influences., specification  etc...that you need to really know it.

      How about the Pricing, supply ability, and market demand and Supply situation?


      This will bring to an effective hit question: why should buy your LED and from You ?

      If your LED is very special one ( new invention/technology etc ) than it already bear

      the valuable gain to offer or to buy !  is it ? 

      moreover if your company is very serious to promote/advertise it..? have you ?

     

      Then  by these, you will know is the LED is more control by You or buyer ?

      if  you are in weak side ...this is Buyer Market,  if you are controlling or dominate it,

      this is yours (Seller Market).

1.  Why the buyer MUST buy the LED  from You/Coy !


     e.g:  Market Leader ?, give a reference of your big users/customer



2.  Strongly suggestion (motivation) about the benefit/gain to buy from You


     e.g : Certification of product's quality, material,  Test Lab etc.

              M O Q  ( flexible in quantity of minimum Order )


3.  Price is negotiable and competitive


     e.g.: (give some list/table of prices comparison)

              discount  for quantity alias Rabat



4.  Secure feeling to deal with, safe and flexible payment !


     e.g. :  L/C , D/P, D/A ,  and able to counter with  SBLC 



5.  Delivery and guaranty assurance also service after sales !


     e.g.:  accept  pre-shipment  Inspection  (IC)


              money guaranty back,  replacing good/return shipment etc


If you can provide those above 5 trumps card then  it will be a straight flush !!
