There are a lot of foreign business man in Alibaba, most of them do business with chinese people.
And what is your opinion about chinese business men?

i think it easy to do smooth business as long as the both sides can trust each other and are really keen on being good business partners(of course good English commuication is needed),That is my point,and the way I am on,I believe I will be a good and successful business woman in the near future!

We Signed Agreement With Constructions Equipments Company And We have Some terms Added to The Agreement For Example If you Buy This Number Of Equipments You Will Get This Quantity Of Spar parts But They Changed And Refuse To Give Me What We Had accept Both Of us Me And Them In The agreement.They Claiimed When The equipment Failed we will send you what you need within one week and they are saying after 30 days.
do you think the costumer will wait for long time for spar parts ?
I am sure they will ask for componsation for the delay time.

With regards to this topic, i can't comment much as i haven't dealt with Chinese businessppl yet... But i may be doing business with more of them in the near future, via Alibaba.com... Hopefully the things ppl say about Chinese bizppl being cunning and conmen are not true!
I have worked with 3 Chinese companies and the bosses are cunning bastards. 9 out of 10 factories and businesses I dealt with are also a pain in the butt.
All they care about is their profit, they don't give 2 monkeys about their staff.
These bast#$#@ds can afford to spend 10 of thousands of RMB drinking in a Kareoke a night (5-6 nights a week) and womanizing; but will tell their staff that their business are not making money. Bloody Bollocks.
I don't know what sort of bosses some of the Chginese employees have? Maybe some of you here want to share your views about your bosses?
