Actually, I think you need to check that wheter you customer has payed the money, and you should check again before you send the goods. You must make sure that you got the money, and then you can send the goods.

Also i don't think it is not a good way to receive sample charge by paypal. we usually use west union for samples

I am sorry to hear that.But paypal is real not a good payment for some unexperienced manufactoris.Thus, take care when operating with paypal,or trying to aviod using it.
In this time of year,it's better adopt T/T.WN for small orders.Safer for us manufactories.We need case to run lastingly.
