tell me how i can deal with such problem,i  need your urgent help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!the problem is that we send goods to a buyer who is from Alibaba,and he paid by paypal,but his paypal account is connected with his credit card,when we send goods to him,i email  him the tracking number,but he did not  open his email,so he thought we cheat him,so he complainted with paypal and bank,but at last he received the  goods,but we did not get anyting,so we are in a huge loss.so hope someone can help me.thanks very much!!

Hmmmm??? Why don't you ask the courier company for the record of who signed for the goods???? Then with this you contact PayPal with this info to get your money. It is sad if customer got goods and won't pay because he didn't read his mail. HIS EXCUSE IS NO GOOD. Don't give up. ASK YOUR COURIER COMPANY FOR PROOF. Keep us posted of the outcome pls.  I think you can call him directly ,if he didn't reply any email .

When buyers open paypal disputes, they can either say they never received the item, or that it is significantly different from how the seller described it.


The first most obvious thing to do is to contact the buyer and try to resolve the issue (note:  you have 10 days to contact paypal and the buyer once the buyer opens the dispute, or paypal will refund the payment permanently).  if you can;t resolve the problem with buyer, work with paypal to prove you shipped the goods to them. 


Since it sounds like dispute is because the buyer claimed they did not receive the goods, just forward to paypal all the documentation you have from shipping the item to them, which should include a tracking number and where it was delivered too and proof of delivery. This demonstrates you did indeed ship the item to the buyer at their stated address. Just be patient and provide paypal with all the information it asks for.


Using paypal can be tricky, and both buyers and sellers can be ripped off if they aren't careful. To protect yourself in the future, you should withdraw funds when you receive them right away, and try to ship to confirmed address only (only available to U.S, Canada, and UK address I believe).

Hi . sorry to hear about the bad news .

Why not report this kind of problems with tracking No. informations to your paypal team ?

They should make a investigation about this . they should give you a answer .

i am sorry to hear that.

I think you explain the details with your buyer.In my opinion,the buyer will give you payment,when they get the goods,we should trust each other.

Very surprised to see this kind of dispute, The first time for me.

It is possible that there is really some misunderstanding between the two parties.

Also possibly the buyer mean to  cheat the seller.

 

The topic was posted at August 1st. Now it has been two months.

How about the result?   I am very interested to see the outcome.

if you have not received any thing yet , you can also complaint to the paypal with your tracking number, they should give you a  justify   reason about what  was  happened.

It is the truth that you are really shipped the goods , you should get what you want , however ,you have got nothing .It is unfair to you, and you lost much from, not only the money , but also the time.   Kindly hope  you have a good news soon!
