Could i take the money back ?

It seems that that company did not make efficient delivery! And they could not realize their responsibility! Have they considered theri reputation?

I have done trade with many Chinese company and so far I have not been "Ripped Off", there are ways of limiting the risk you take, the first and easieast one is to check to see if the web site is included in the "The bigger list of chinese scams" if it is then DO NOT do business with them, the second is obviously the payment method, if they will only accept a Western Union payment then it is very risky and remember that just because a supplier accepts Paypal does not mean your purchase is risk free, Paypal will not always support your claim if you get sent a fake item instead of the real thing, what were the names of the companies that de-frauded you as they should be reported to Internet Crime Complaint Center (),?  I have often thought about the idea you mention of a "middle man" company but as I am in the UK I could not set one up in China, all I can provide at present is a service to deal with the companies I have already dealt with without any financial loss.),?  I have often thought about the idea you mention of a "middle man" company but as I am in the UK I could not set one up in China, all I can provide at present is a service to deal with the companies I have already dealt with without any financial loss.
