Integrity is the last thing these people care about, well hope they always live like cattle.. Seriously let's report the whole thing to all the possible agencies.

I had the same thing happen to me TWICE and I paid by Western Union. The first Chinese company at least sent 2/3 of my money back but kept $2015. of my money. The second company just plain stole $7340. of my money. Call me a fool, a very expensive lesson for me.
I found both of these companies through Tradekey.

WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!! you cant just send money to some one in internet land without first checking to see if they are real or not. without agreeing to terms - if you assumes the standard terms then you got em - the standard result for sending money via Western Union is to never hear from the person again.

if the person does not want either of these or any other safe method then they are not a business person you want to deal with at all.
if they are offering half, the money take it and be thankfull that you at least got some back because you just made a big mistake. sending money on western union is GIVING money away.
