It depends on your agreement. They usually menton all charges in a form i.e Performa Invoice. If they had assured you about something they have to be loyal. I really understand you but sometimes we lose some money for learining valuable things for future which worth millions. Good Luck.

If they said they had work to keep half money, ask them to send photos of the half ready products or of the work done in production.

You can evaluate easy from their answer on this if they are serious or not. If they cannot show you nothing, so for waht are the costs justified. means they cannot show anything of already arised costs, menas they have not done or started the production, means they just wanted to steal you the money. If they can show clear photos with half ready products etc. you can aks them how long they still need and try to negotiate then sober and calm to find solution, do not temper up then. Sometimes things are slowing down in production, they could have focused a problem which they hide from you so not to show any weakness in their production abailities etc. But with the question to show production status and photo of the so far ready, hald ready products, with their answer on this you can understand more about their real intentions and attitudes.

And never pay blind without a wrtiiten contract and never by WU but through good T/T payment, chinese bank are strict, the money will only be paid if the company name is 100% correct stated in your T/T in compare to the EXISTING company!!!

I've been cheated already,but the company who had stolen my money was deleted from this site,because I told alibaba's trade sacurity that,I WANT THEM TO BE DELETED,because they had CHEATED ME!!! Don't let alibaba's operators to not to do anything!!Force them to delete every fraud company!!!Of course every CHINESE company dealing with original electronic goods are FRAUD!!Please write a strong letter to alibaba's trade security,and make them deleted!!!Alibaba helps chinese to make fraud companies,and because of the money,they don't want to delete their members,but you have to change their opinion!!!

So far, after trying for 6 months, I have yet to find a single lagitimate supplier on alibaba, ecvv, or ec21...

Everyone I have tried to deal with REQUIRES advance payment using WU, Moneygram, or T/T...They know that people outside of China have no way to either report, or get a refund except to report them to alibaba...

Every single one I sent money to ended up cheating me!

None will explain why they will not use escrow.com, google checkout, or Paypal because they do not really want their "victims" to be protected...

I advise doing no business with anyone who will not agree to use escrow.com or the others - all are available in China!

Hi Guy


First of all you must check them about the company and anything that you can. In China have many company in many style and quality. Some company have standard and do it on time or maybe delay that's normally in business but in case that you said it's seem you miss communication, or you panic. Pls, follow the company first.


Some guy in world need to join in China but they don't know the tradition of Chinese and some guy loose money or  get product but not value the money. Cheep not the last answer to deal you must check quality and paid only sample not all and if you have time pls check them on register of each country or check with Alibaba.

Its allways the same story here. I paid (probably WU) and got screwed. And theres no protection. Alibaba and the 40 thieves. Dont forget the part about the thieves man. And once the the gold suppliers ER I mean thieves... have got enough money ER I mean complaints they are kicked off Yeah !! that'll fix em and come back as new gold thieves ER Suppliers ER something and pay money to be golden again till they are thieves again or something and ... well   I mean Im sure this RARELY HAPPENS HERE and all that stuff but honestly people. WHAT THE * are you doing. READ THE FORUMS. CHECK THEM SUPPLIERS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. He will send you a picture? Please!! I have been in a scam to but Allway kept the MOQ down as sample order before something crazy happened. OR $150 WU to ship my $8 sample. size of match box !!!!!  I am totally honest upfront. ask for their Business # and ID. Letter of credit and PROFORMAS or any other real world info usually shows the scammers. IF the prices are too good to be true youre too greedy and probably on your way to WU. My Fav posts are the fake ones from members from one day ago and then gone the next. "oh how can I get customer to trust me with this big order?" Tell him to send WU cross fingers!!! Sorry my reply took so long guys. I couldn't take any more !!
