China has many expats working in various disciplines.

This has been historical, because China welcome foreign talents which are quite rare and some are not available locally.

The first group of foreigners are the Russians. Now, there are Indians with IT and software expertise, there are Americans with the Oil and Gas Mining and Processing expertise, the people who are good in Port handling, and Management of Human Resources. Lastly, they also need language teachers who are native speakers to train the local people to speak foreign language.

However, these foreigners have to be able to communicate to the Chinese their skills, either in Engineering or in Human Relation Skills, or communication. If you have little or zero knowledge of the Chinese language, and you are not specialists in any trade that is not common, there is small chance of getting a job in China.

And thats why there's foreign Chinese teaching institutes like us to train these foreigners in the Chinese Mandarin and cultures etc.

Though most of the people in China dealing business can already speak a bit of english, russian and other languages.
