Making Payments - Tokay Tradking Co. Ltd - China

Has anyone done business with Tokay Tradking Co. Ltd? Is it this company's usual policy to have payment made out an individual?
Below is their response to my inquiry about why payment is to be made to an individual and not in the company name. The address to send payment to does not match their listed company address either. I have not made any payments.

The following statement isnt worth anything nor will Alibaba do anything about it:

Companies involved in real business do so via corporate bank accounts. This kind of thing is an attempt to usurp the taxes imposed on companies in China.
