My company caught to one of Chinese company very recently. They offer what ever you requested. Once you advertise for prioduct requirement, they will answer you as international company. After you make the payment against Proforma invoice , they will increase the price by 10-15 USD once per piece and ignore the Agreement. And They dont make your payment back and offer you used mobile phones or such unnecessary things. Be careful about them and their contact details are as follows.

You can claim a case against them by mail to the Hongkong Police, if you have made the payment to a Hongkong Bank !
This is only possible when the claim is complete in Hongkong, is a chinese mainland part involved you must claim it in person by China Police, you or a Lawyer !

They are listed in the HK Company register No. 1035107 registred on 31.March 2006 !
you will find this register under www.icris.cr.gov.hk

It is a small chance to get the money back !

Why do you say you lose usd5900.00?? He just tell a lie story. 

When  he get proforma invoice, he let his forwarder Named Mr. James  in shenzhen to check our goods and pay cash face to face.  I go to his forwarder's office, he said RMB Cash is a different   Exchange from  US DOLLAR, so the  the cash is not enough equal to the amount of the Proforma Invoice. I write the receip of the cash to his forwarder Mr. James, The next day as our company cannot supply original intel mainboard, Our accountant remit the RMB mony by T/T to his forwarder private account , there is also a record to track this amount. We don't get anything from his company.  Why don't you check your forwarder directly.
