Mr. Hoang,

Deep Sea Scrap is scrap that is imported typically from a far port like Scrap Steel exported from the US to Vietnam.  This is in contrast to say Scrap imported from Thailand to Vietnam.

This scrap come in containers and unloading is in deep sea water,not in port.
