If you tried to buy these in Indonesia, you have run up against a scammer.  Robomower is the brand name for the company called friendly robotics which is based in Israel and who has a distributor in Belgium.

If the seller is not too far from you then you can visit him.

But most probably it is from far away - and there is nothing you can do.

Accept your loss - and do not pay in advance again.

Why pay in advance if you can do payment upon delivery.

first:did you have sign a sale contract with the seller?if not,do you provide all the communicate email that aprove you already really deal with them?

second:did you send the money to what name of beneficiary?if send to their company name,no problem,you can provide S/O,transfer copy,the paper that aprove you have not receive the goods in the agreement time to your bank,and via your bank to ask china bank to freeze the beneficiary's account,till they ship the goods to you or return the money.

as long as their account  freeze by goverment,i think your money will back soon or the machine will arrival your custom soon.
